  • Per Holtze

    FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

    CONSULTANT & COACH

    With over 25 years of generalist executive leadership experience, Per has worked with small, medium, and large cap companies in a variety of industries. He has been an entrepreneur in sales and hospitality, and a senior executive as a CEO in healthcare and a COO in freight and logistics. Mr. Holtze has also has experience in commercial and residential real estate, risk management, economic research, and nonprofit fundraising.

    Per earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

    Per is passionate about community leadership having held numerous board chair positions of significant influence in business, civic, and higher educational purposes.

    He is married to his wife, Erin, and together they have a blended family with 7 children. Born in Europe as a US citizen to German-Swedish parents, his children are the fist generation born in the United States. He and his family are devoted to their Christian faith and attend Connection Church, Statesboro. He enjoys travel, delicious food, and adventure sports.

  • Erin Holtze

    CONSULTANT

    Erin has held management and senior leadership roles in banking, healthcare practice, and healthcare technology.

    She has expertise primarily in healthcare billing practices, working with major medical insurance providers, government healthcare payor agencies, and in strategic planning for the healthcare sector. Mrs. Holtze studied biology at Georgia Southern University.

    Erin is married to her husband, Per, and they are raising 7 children in their blended family. She is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, enjoys regularly cooking gourmet meals, riding her horses, and maintaining an expanding collection of rare and exotic plants.
